On Sunday 30 September, the Robin Hood Half Marathon will be passing through areas of Nottingham.
Whilst the marathon is taking place there will be several road closures, which means our Kinchbus 9 will have to divert.
This will cause delays throughout the day. We advise you to plan your travel in good time.
towards Nottingham
From 9.20am until 1.30pm services will divert along Radcliffe Road, Lady Bay Bridge, Meadow Lane and Manvers Street.
During this time the following stops will be missed:
- Victoria Embankment (between 9.20am-10.20am only)
- Ryehill Street
- Eugene Gardens
- Lammas Gardens
- Nottingham Train Station
towards Loughborough
From 10am until 1.30pm services will divert along Colin Street, Meadow Lane, following Radcliffe Road onto the A52 towards Nottingham Knight island before resuming its normal route.
During these times the following stops will be missed:
- Nottingham Train Station
- Lammas Gardens
- Eugene Gardens
- Ryehill Street
- Victoria Embankment
- County Hall
- Victoria Road
- Chesnut Grove
- Chaworth Road
- Asda, West Bridgford
- Fire Station
- Oakham Road
