Sue Blount

After a busy post at Derby bus station as service delivery manager, Sue took up the same post with our Langley Mill team and has since gone on to become general manager at Kinchbus.
If you wondering where you’ve seen Sue before – we bet it was on red arrow where she was a very popular driver, and got to know her customers inside-out. Sue has always had a passion for developing and leading a team and is uncompromising when it comes to delivering high standards. Sue’s another one of those who also likes making us jealous with her jet-setting holidays over the Atlantic.

Tom Morgan

Director of Service Delivery, Tom, took up the post in March 2015 after being General Manager at Kinchbus. Whilst here, Tom helped Kinchbus go from strength to strength as well as being named as 'Young Bus Manager of The Year'.

Tom has a keen eye for detail and puts a strong emphasis on customer service. Tom likes to include the entire delivery team in his work to ensure we maintain our reputation as the really good bus company.

When he's not adding to his extensive Ralph Lauren shirt collection or chasing eggs, you can find Tom at the cricket. He may even be dressed as Kaptain Kinch.
